If you can't watch any channels on TVUPlayer or TVUWebsites. Please check the notes below.
Firstly, some channels may be blocked in your reigon or in global. Some may has stopped broadcasting. That's impossible for you to watch them.
Basicly, there two kinds of problems.
1.Unable to bulid connection with channels ("Connecting" or "Starting Channel Please Wait" doesn't show up)
You can try to:
-Play the channel again;
-Check the DNS settings, and then play the channel again;
-For those subscription channels, use the subscription account to login or subscribe first;
2.Channel stopped:("Stopped" jump in in the middle of programe or after long time of "Connecting", "Starting Channel Please Wait")
You can try to:
-Play the channel again;
-Close other programs to release enough memory, and then play again;
-Check your network and firewall settings, and then play again;
-Check whether the network bandwidth matches with the channel bitrate;
-Check the host file;
-Upload to the latest version;
Besure to check all above. But we can not assure that your problem could be solved by doing so. They are just some notes.
